1. General Information
The Women in Cyber Security Bootcamp 2025 (the “Bootcamp”) is organised by Ukraine Platform ASBL, in collaboration with the House of Cybersecurity Luxembourg, Women Cyber Force, SNT (University of Luxembourg), and SET University, with LPEA as partner and EuroAFF as media partner.
The Bootcamp will take place from 24 to 28 November 2025 in Luxembourg, in a hybrid format (2 days online, 3 days onsite).
By registering for the Bootcamp, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility and Registration
The Bootcamp is open to women professionals and students, particularly those from non-technical backgrounds, who wish to develop knowledge in cybersecurity and digital resilience.
Participation is limited to 25 seats (20 professional and 5 student/scholarship seats).
Registration is confirmed only after:
Submission of the online registration form, and
Receipt of full payment or approved scholarship confirmation.
3. Payment and Confirmation
Participation fees are:
- €250 for professional participants
- €125 for student/scholarship participants
Payment must be completed by bank transfer to the account of Ukraine Platform ASBL (details provided in the registration form).Participants are required to upload proof of payment or send it via email to info@ukraineplatform.com
A confirmation email will be sent upon validation of payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 10 November 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made after 10 November 2025 are non-refundable.
Substitution of participants (transfer of seat to another eligible participant) may be accepted upon written request before 15 November 2025.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed promptly, and full refunds will be provided if applicable.
5. Programme and Speakers
The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, schedule, or speakers if necessary, while maintaining equivalent quality and relevance of content.
6. Data Protection and Communication
By registering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of organising and managing the Bootcamp. Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except for organisational purposes directly related to the event.
Participants also consent to receiving event-related updates and communication.
During the Bootcamp, photos and videos may be taken for documentation and communication purposes. If you do not wish to appear in these materials, please notify the organisers in writing prior to the event.
7. Certificates
Participants who successfully complete the Bootcamp will receive a joint certificate of participation from the organisers and partners.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Bootcamp or related activities.Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage (health, travel, and personal belongings).
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.Any disputes arising in connection with participation in the Bootcamp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
